  Found a similar thread over here and here’s what that answers your question.

  WordPress.com blogs should work with Twitter Cards by default; if not, you can paste in your blog post into the validator at https://dev.twitter.com/docs/cards/validation/validator and that will show you how the Twitter Card will appear.

  Beyond that, you do not have access to modifying your metatags on WordPress.com so unless Twitter allows you to modify things on their end, you will not be able to do so here.
