Twitter doesn't pickup image

  Hello, I’ve been adding an image (not as featured image, because i don’t want it on top) to my blogs, and when tweeting it, the image would be attached to the tweet. For some reason, in my latest post I’ve done the same, but the image was not picked-up by twitter. Do you know what i did wrong?

  I think if Twitter takes an image from your blog by itself, that must be a Twitter Card.

  I noticed that Twitter makes Twitter Cards from links to my blogs, too. I guess that Automattic set this up for all of us, because I sure never did!

  Also, the things show up in my Twitter Analytics as Twitter Cards.

  Here is what bloggers have to do to get Twitter Cards, if they have no Automattic do it for them:

  I made the same experience: Sometimes images are simply not displayed in a Twitter Card.

  In one case, I had added the image after first tweeting about the blogpost, so I guess Twitter just used the same Card it had generated the first time around.

  I didn’t watch it closely enough to be able to say if it happened in more cases, and how.
