  I have problems using any widget from Twitter on wordpress.com – by using text/html widget.

  The twitter widget included in wordpress.com is not the best. Especially if you have both – facebook and twitter widget, they look very different (Facebook is an actual graphical widget while Twitter looks more or less the same to RSS text, no graphics, no icons/avatars from twitter, etc.). Therefore, I’d really like to use widget created on Twitter on my homepage. But when I paste the html code to a text widget, the system automatically deletes some code and shows only text.

  Can you help?

  No. That code is stripped out here for security reasons and will never work. That is why we have a built-in Twitter widget.

  So is there anything “better looking” than the current twitter widget? If not, can I propose that you include it? :)

  No, there isn’t. You can make a post in the Ideas forum if you want to suggest it to staff.
