  I want to show my twitter feed on my page.
  I want to show everything the people I follow and their tweets.
  How can I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I don’t believe that’s possible, since that feed that you see, isn’t really a feed, but I’d gather a collection of the feeds of all the people who you follow, just like the Reader is a collection of the blogs you follow, you can’t get a feed of the Reader to show someone else.

  Will it show retweets?

  Yes it will, it will show all of your tweets, whether they be RT or new ones. If you go to your twitter profile and click on tweets, that is what is displayed.
