Twitter feed not embedding for retweeets

  Hi all,

  I’ve been using the simple Twitter widget feed for a free WP site for the past year without issue. However, over the past four months or so, I’ve noticed that when I retweet something with a post–for example, “Look at this, this is great, etc.”–the original tweet itself no longer appears/embeds. So now on my timeline it just says “look at this, this is great,” with no other data….which makes me appear schizophrenic and unprofessional. Has there been a change to the Twitter default settings recently, or any other ideas? Thanks–James
