Twitter Follow Button
-
I don’t understand how to insert the code to install the Twitter follow button on my sidebar.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
Here are the instructions, what part do not you understand?

I copy the code, open the “text widget” and just plot it into the large box there? Clearly that’s not right, so it seems to me there are some instructions missing for someone who isn’t code-savvy.

If that doesn’t work for you then please answer the question galois posted. Also provide your Twitter URL and specify which button style depicted here http://en.support.wordpress.com/twitter/twitter-follow-button/ that you want to use.
-
Simply copy and paste one of the following shortcodes into a post, page, or text widget. Be sure to use your own Twitter username in place of wordpressdotcom.
[twitter-follow screen_name='yourowntwitterusername']
Only display a Follow Button:
[twitter-follow screen_name='yourowntwitterusername' show_screen_name='no']
Display a link to your Twitter page and a count of your Twitter followers:
[twitter-follow screen_name='yourowntwitterusername' show_count='yes']
And so on…

Sorry about the intervention galois. :( I had left a tab open and did not refresh before submitting.
