Twitter Follow Button Code

  Why won’t the Twitter Follow Button code work? I have this blog and a wordpress site on Bluehost that is Jetpack connected.

  On the Jetpack connected site, the “display Twitter follow button” option is not in the Twitter widget. So thru the forums I found the code to insert in a text widget for my sidebar.

  When I put my screen name in, it does not work. It displays the code not the button.
  Same when I put my twitter page url in.

  Clearly this low-tech girl is missing something.

  The website I’m referring to is http://www.KatBastion.com and you can see the two codes I tried. What am I missing or is there an easier way?

  The Twitter Follow button is currently only available on WordPress.com blogs. It is not yet available through Jetpack.
