Twitter Hashtags not working

  Hi!
  When I post a twitter from a blogpost my # hashtags are not working. The do not show up under each # I’ve picked.

  When I twitter from a newspaper the # works but not from my blog on wordpress.com.

  Anyone knows what’s wrong?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  They look fine to me, and they work.

  Then it might be a twitterproblem if the blogpost are not showing at each # ?
