Twitter links are not working

  We made a domain upgrade from thepointfitchburgstate.wordpress.com to fitchburgpoint.com, and now our Twitter links no longer work. (You know – the tweets that are automatically generated with each new post, which contain a link to that post.)

  As an example, our most recent post appeared as the following link on Twitter: wp.me/pPy4d-1nK Clicking that link just brings up the message “cannot find wp.me”

  I’ve been told it has something to do with a missing www, but idk.

  So, what should we do to make our Twitter links work again?
