Twitter posts sabotaged?

I know diplomatic relations with the platform formerly known as Twitter were broken off some time ago but has WordPress also sabotaged the ability to post content on there? The reason I arsk is that after posting on WP I can then copy and paste that page into a webbrowser and up it pops. You take the same C&P and put it into a Twitter post and you dont find the content. You just see a pic and ad for WP? How have they done this and what is the way around it?
