twitter share button

  i changed my connected twitter account, but the share button still displays my old twitter account in the tweet. i saved the changes twice, and cleared my cache. how can i fix this?

  Could you please let me know which share button are you talking about?

  Login to https://wordpress.com/sites/.
  Click on Sharing .
  If you see your both new and old twitter account listed there, then delete the old twitter account by clicking on x mark.

  You can alternatively login to your Twitter account, go to Settings > Apps and click on Revoke access for WordPress.com

  Please let me know if this does not help.

  i’m talking about the twitter share button (to post as a tweet)

  and yes, i already deleted the other account. it’s still showing up instead of the new one i designated

  also: just now revoked access… same problem. when i click on the twitter button it shows it as coming from the old, deleted, revoked access twitter account
