Twitter Share Button on Blog Stuck At Zero

    Hello!

    I’ve been blogging for a couple of years now and have run into a problem I haven’t encountered before. I’ve also tried doing some searches to solve it, and haven’t found anything yet.

    I have enabled ‘share this’ buttons for various social media sites to show up at the bottom of each blog post. Last night I published a new post.

    The Old Man and the Young

    I’ve received notifications in Twitter from several people who have retweeted and shared my new post link. However, the share this Twitter button is stuck at ZERO. G+ stats appear to be showing up fine. Same for FB and LI. But Twitter isn’t registering at all.

    Again, in all the time I’ve been blogging using a WP blog, I’ve never ran into this problem before so I’m at a loss on how to fix it.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
