Twitter Timeline Widget doesn't work :o(

  Hi there …
  I’m new to WordPress and things have been going quite smoothly … until now.
  I can’t seem to get the Twitter Timeline Widget to work. Please take a look at my site here … http://www.babbleoncity.com … and you’ll see the Twitter Widget in the right hand sidebar. There’s a bright pink link for ‘My Tweets’, but it’s not clickable.
  I’ve followed the instructions to the letter … several times … but I can’t make it happen.
  Are you able to help please?

  All widgets take time to update as the data is cached. Every time you set up and pull the widget and start again the time-frame starts again.
  How long have you waited?
  Are you positive you entered the correct URL?

  Thanks for getting back to me so quickly :o)
  I didn’t realise I had to wait due to caching.
  I have gone back in and done it all again. I cut the whole (huge, long!) URL that Twitter created for me. I’m noticing that when I paste it into the widget area though, it doesn’t ‘stick’ or stay there when I save it. It seems to clear itself and return to being a blank field.
  I’m off to bed now … so I’m hoping it will right itself by morning! Either that or you’ll have a very clever solution!!!

  Your issue is the URL. Post the correct shortcode like the guide states please. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/twitter-timeline-widget/#embedding-with-a-shortcode
