  Hey there, the Twitter widget is not working on my page. It did work before but then I added the instagram widget and now it won’t work. I have tried removing instagram but that made no difference. What can I do to fix this?

  Hi elidabenj,

  I think see the problem. You have entered https://twitter.com/elidabenj in Twitter Username but that username doesn’t seem to exist. You can also just enter the username rather than the full URL of your Twitter profile.

  Can you check the username you entered for typos?

  Hi Gemma, Thank you for getting back to me. I tried the changes you suggested and still no luck :( Do you think it could be the theme I have used?

  Just chiming in. :)

  I went through your website and the social widget for your header is working as intended. The icon will go through: https://twitter.com/elidabenjamin

  However, the footer widget is linked to a non-existing account. Which is https://twitter.com/elidabenj

  I’m sure once you change the footer widget link to : https://twitter.com/elidabenjamin it will work as intended.
