Twitter Widget Links Shouldn’t Open in Same Window

  I’m wondering if WordPress.com staff could modify the Twitter widget so that the links users click on open up in a new tab/window (rather than navigate readers away from one’s blog).

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Really? You want to take control of my browser and of all your reader’s browsers away from us and compel a new window to open whether or not that’s what we readers want? Hmmmm …

  @trebmal If you take a closer look into the matter even though a new tab/window opens up the reader is still navigating away from your blog because they will just move on with the new tab or window and could just close down the tab/window that your site was on.
