Twitter Widget Not Working.

  What is displayed on the blog:
  Error: Twitter did not respond. Please wait a few minutes and refresh this page.
  Also when adding details to the widget the forward slash/ disappears once I click save or close so the link shows as twitter.comPureChemistryUK instead of twitter.com/PureChemistryUK

  Hi timethief,

  yes I have but it doesn’t provide me with a solution. I am entering it correctly yet wp changes the url on its own accord by taking away the forward slash the second I hit save or close.

  In the Twitter widget, you have http://twitter.com/twitter.comPureChemistryUK. It looks like you tried to put the URL rather than the handle in there. Just put in PureChemistryUK.

  Thank you raincoaster! :) Sorted I saw that and changed it before. Deleted everything out of there now and just added the handle. All sorted :) Thanks for the help and everyones advise.
