Why don’t you just use the prefab Twitter widget?
If you don’t want to use that, you create a text widget in HTML. If you don’t know how to write HTML, there’s a shortcut:
Go to make a new Post, put in whatever you want in the widget, like an image or whatever, text, whatever you like, put in the link to your Twitter account, and then when it is how you want it, click to the HTML tab, copy all the code, and put that in the Text Widget.

I don’t know what you mean by “just a clean logo link”. I see that you have sharing buttons including one for Twitter at the end of your posts. Will you please clarify exactly what you want and where you want this link to display?
There are several ways to integrate Twitter with your WordPress.com blog.
The only Twitter widget we can use of WordPress.com blogs does display Tweets on the front page. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/twitter-widget/
Do you mean the follow me on Twitter button? http://en.support.wordpress.com/twitter-follow-button/
Do you mean you want to create a link to your Twitter profile page and post it in your sidebar in a text widget? http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/text-widget-links/
