Twitter widget won't save my username

  I think there’s a character limit on the Twitter usernames for the Twitter widget.

  My Twitter username is ‘resilienteconomies’, and when I hit ‘save’, it just erases it. Shorter usernames save just fine though. I have figured out that if I enter ‘123456789012345’ then it saves, but if I enter ‘1234567890123456’ then it erases it. This leads me to think there’s a 15-character limit on Twitter usernames in the Twitter Widget.

  Would love to hear if there is a fix for this, since my Twitter username is so long.

  Hi there, the maximum Twitter username length is 15 characters, as limited by Twitter (this information can be found in their support article). I could not find a Twitter account at https://twitter.com/resilienteconomies . So I’d like to double-check what your Twitter username is – could you please send me the link to your Twitter profile?

  Well, that solves it! I hadn’t noticed the limit on Twitter — they gave us https://twitter.com/resilienteconom automatically when I typed in the longer version.
