Twitter/Facebook Widgets not displaying

MY facebook and twitter widget is not displaying on my blog site, i do not know what is wrong, i tried refreshing my widgets, but to no avail.
please help me asap as this is declining my views and my followers have a short attention span :)

The site content is not unique and is in fact all over the internet so maybe those who have short attention spans are reading it elsewhere.

If you cannot see those widgets on the blog at all then know that I can see them.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
2. If you are using an IE browser in compatibility mode please disable that mode. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html

I updated my twitter activity. cleared my chache, updated adobe. enabled https.
I am using firefox 27
I was able to get a twitter timeline to display (but it looks like an old version).
Still cannot get the Facebook Like box to display.
All this occurred when i was in the middle of changing themes.

For me, this problem happens only on Chrome, but not on IE or Firefox.
Others have reported a similar problem with the JetPack plugin for WP.org, which I suspect derives its code from WP.com.

Seems that things have since been fixed (on the WordPress.com side).
All of my WP.com sites (as well as the WP.org sites using WP.com’s Jetpack plugin) are now properly displaying the Facebook widget, without any special action on my part.
