I have created two accounts with the same email for a class, one i am paying for and the other a free website which is all im required to have. How do i end my payed membership only?

If you are looking to cancel the site that you are paying for, here is a support site that can walk you through doing that, but first you will want to go to:

Hi there,
As @jenlynnemc mentioned, you can cancel your upgrades on your Manage Purchases page:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
You will need to be logged into the WordPress.com account you used to make the purchases, in order to cancel them.

I used the same email, it’s saying i didn’t pay on the website when i do this but i received a receipt by email saying i did.

An email address can only be used for one WordPress.com account. I’m wondering if you have more than one WordPress.com account.
Which site do you have paid upgrades for? If you let me know what the URL is, I’ll take a look.
