  You can’t have two different WordPress.com accounts under the same email address. What is the full address of your site? Perhaps your other account is with a different company and you need to log in there instead?

  myogafamily.com I did login from siteground. wordpress was created from there. But how can I connect woo commerce if my word press account is not connected to my website..

  I don’t believe you have to have a WordPress.com account to use WooComerce with a site hosted elsewhere. But adding the JetPack plugin to your site would enable you to manage the site via this particular WordPress.com account.
