  I created my account, permamakeup so I could start blogging but it never happened. My web designer made me a site & WordPress is the platform but I’m not sure what the username or email address that she used. I, trying to set up a Woocommerce e store and need this information

  You maybe confusing wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting with wordpress.COM hosted sites. They are not the same. Please read https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Unless you are referring to a WordPress.COM site on the Business Plan https://wordpress.com/pricing/ you are posting to the wrong support forum for any woocommerce issue.

  The Business upgrade includes:

  That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum to get support for it. Also be aware of who the web host is for your site and contact them directly for any hosting issues.

  This is wordpress.COM support. We do not provide support for local installs of wordpress.ORG software, or for wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   Hi permamakeup ,

  Can you confirm the URL of the site you are having trouble accessing? As @timethief mentioned, permamakeup.com is a self hosted WordPress.org site rather than a WordPress.com site. The differences between the two are explained here:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  We are only able to help with access to WordPress.com sites hosted on our servers. If you are unable to login to permamakeup.com, I’d recommend contacting your hosting provider (Dosarrest Internet Security) for help. They should be able to advise you about the next steps.
