Note that refunds can only be issued for domains within 48 hours and for plans that are less than 30 days old.

Please reply to the email we sent on 26 February, or reply to the thread linked to above if you didn’t receive that. In order to refund you we first need to know for what site the upgrade was purchased, and we need the information requested in the email we sent you to do that.
