Two Accounts?

    I think I have two accounts going on. Can you check? I am getting VERY confused when trying to create my site.

    Here are the login emails that I think I used – which created two accounts:

    (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I paid for and upgraded to the Business Plan – and only one of the logins to site shows that upgrade.

    Can we delete the one that does NOT have the business upgrade?

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there, we do indeed have 2 different accounts under those email addresses.

    The account you’re logged in as in this forum post is the one that does not have the Business Plan and can be safely closed by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/
