Two Accounts Cannot access the more important one.

I have two accounts – this one, which I don’t use, and another with I use from time to time. I have been in password Hell all day trying to access the other account. I know I’m a bit of a dunce, but I was in there earlier today and could not get back in. Now when I try to reset the password, assuming this was the problem, it will not send me an email to rest my other account on which I have a number of blogs which I would like to work on/respond to.
Oh, is there a happiness Engineer who can make me happy tonight?? Pretty please with sugar on top???

Seriously, why can I not get any support from WordPress. I have blogs that I cannot get to and need to. I am super frustrated and if I cannot get to the blogs, I cannot keep them up or upgrade them or anything.
