Two accounts; can’t log into one; how do I merge them?

  Hi guys,

  Somehow I have two wordpress accounts:
  One with the username ‘Mallalee’ and this one; ‘Melanie Jane’ (don’t even know how this one was created! I only ever used ‘Mallalee’).

  Anyway, I need to log into my Mallalee account but don’t have access to that email address anymore so when I hit ‘forgot password’ (or equivalent) I don’t receive the link…

  How can I log in (once I’ve already requested to change the password) and change my email details/merge my existing Mallalee account with the Melanie Jane account?

  You can’t merge the two accounts, but you could move sites from one account to the other and close the account empty account:
