Two accounts for same domain using same email address need to close one of them

    I recently switched our website to a new hosting company. I have a different WP account with this new host but it’s for the same domain and using the same email address. Some plugins I was using previously will only log in using my old WP account and I can’t seem to log out and log in with my new account. It will only recognize my old because of the same email address for both. I need to close my old WP account and just wanting to make sure it won’t mess up my website if I do.

    I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your ozarkafarms.com site is not hosted with WordPress.com. In turn, we’re unable to take a closer look at your site.

    It looks like your host uses the open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from the managed hosting offered on WordPress.com. The good news though is that help is available in the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

    Otherwise, you may want to contact InMotion for further support.
