two accounts, forgotten passwords and wish to delete them

    Hello,

    I wanted to start my website and create 2 accounts with you: muzungumasks.com (with user name (email visible only to moderators and staff)) and muzungumask.com (with username Felicia linked to email account (email visible only to moderators and staff)).

    When i ask to reset my password with muzungumask.com, it sent it to me once on my email on the 10/12 but won’t do it today. That’ s why i write you from this account.

    In the end, it does not matter because all i want to delete the page.
    I own the domain muzungumask.com and do not like the page i created.
    I tried to delete it a few days ago, and also tried to change the address to http://www.muzungumask2.com but the page is still here. Is there something you could do to help?

    At muzungumask.com the source code brings back:

    meta name=”generator” content=”WordPress 4.3.1″

    muzungumask2.com does not appear to be registered

    So it appears that you are referring to a self-hosted website using the standalone WP software. For assistance with your domain you should contact your domain registrar (ascio) directly. If you need assistance with your site hosted on One.com, you should contact them.

    If you need help with the standalone WP software, then please contact the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username there, you will need to register one and can do so from the link at the top right corner of that page.

    WP and WordPress.com are separate entities. For clarity, you may wish to read this Support doc: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
