  Hi there, I have a wordpress account with username ‘mistressdodo’ and I lost the login eons ago. I was cleaning up and found it again and logged in and tried to link it to my gmail account. It told me my gmail was already associated with a different wordpress site. I’ve just logged in and this one is blank. Is there any way to merge the two?

  I have the same question. But the answer was a little off. I can get into both accounts. I need to merge them into one email. Email matters. Thank you.

  Hi there,

  There is no way to merge two username accounts. Put differently, any email address can only be in use with one account at a time.

  What you can do is transfer any sites in one account to another account, so all your sites are under the same account/username/email. That would leave the first account empty, just a username that doesn’t own any sites.
