Two accounts interfering with one another

  Hi, I have two WP accounts. One connected to my actual professional website and another I don’t where it’s coming from. Anytime I am on the working one and I click on my profile, it goes on the useless one.
  And when my webmaster tries to login on the good ones with my info she gets rejected.
  Please do you know how to disconnect the accounts so I can keep just the working one ?
