Hi, if you want to move a site to another account, here’s how:
    https://wordpress.com/me/account

Then you can simply close the account you don’t want. If that’s not working for you, send more details and we’ll go from there.

This is not working. I am would like 1fortart.wordpress.com (which has all the content) to be moved to 1fortart.com (which has no content but I have paid for). Can you help make this happen?

    Hi there,

1fortart.com is under a different account than the one you are contacting us from, marketingfccu. Do you have access to that other WordPress.com account?

    Hi –

The domain 1fortart.com was registered under a different account. To work on that domain you need to sign in under the fortcommunity user account. The free site 1fortart.wordpress.com belongs to the fjkorb user account.

I think this is where the confusion is stemming from.

Just to clarify, you want 1fortart.com to be linked to 1fortart.wordpress.com?

Let me know which user account you want these sites set up on. Then we can help you through that process.

Thank you! Yes, we want them linked. We want all of the content that is on 1fortart.wordpress.com to show under the URL 1fortart.com . Yes, I have access to fortcommunity (the user that owns 1fortart.com)

    Hi there,

Gotcha, so what you’ll need to do is export the site content currently on 1fortart.wordpress.com that the user fjkorb owns and import it to the site1fortartcom.wordpress.com (1fortart.com) that the user fortcommunity owns.

In order to move your content from one WordPress.com site to another, please visit our support pages on exporting and importing your content. Let me know if you have any questions.

Please take a look at these instructions and let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks!
