two accounts, one email

I have a wordpress account with one email address on which I have a free site. I also have a hosted landing page that uses WordPress. the link to reset the password to this site was sent to the email with the free site. Now when I try to access the hosted site throgh wordpress, I am only able to access the free site. how do I resolve this confusion?

I have just deleted that blog. The hosted one with different username but same email is https://digitalmonies.xyz
I just can’t access it despite adding it to my wordpress.

It’s because your website is using the standalone WordPress software, and it’s hosted on Namecheap hosting.
It means we don’t have control over it.
We’re only able to help with the websites hosted on WordPress.com.
Please either contact your web hosting customer support or submit your query to WordPress.org forums.
