    Hi!

I’ve got two blogs associated to two different accounts.

Can I merge both blogs into one of the accounts?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Pleas post the complete URL for the blog in question starting with http:// when you post to this forum. Yes, you can. To transfer a blog go to My Blogs in your dashboard and move your mouse over the address of the blog you wish to transfer. You will see that a Transfer Blog option appears: > http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

    Hello, Timethief….H-E-L-P!

I need help finishing the process of “moving my old blog,” yahooeatright7group.wordpress.com, to a new blog account, “EatRightNow.wordpress.com”

I got as far as importing my old yahooeatright7group’s XML file along with its attachments. However, I kept getting stuck at the very last segment of the “moving a blog” process–when the red “Big Important Warning screen” is displayed.

I entered my old blog account username in the prompt box, BUT kept getting an error message, “You cannot transfer to this user.” This is drinving me bananas!

I attempted dozens of times to trransfer my old blog account to my new one but without any success, and I’m so frustrated to the point of
just cancelling both WordPress blog accounts! > -(

Below are my URLs for both blogs:

    1. http://yahooeatright7group.wordpress.com/
    2. http://eatrightnow.wordpress.com/

I want to transfer everything from my yahooeatright7group blog to the eatrightnow page. Can this be done?

Secondly, I cannot get rid of the extra Home page on my old blog. It contains the same exact info as the info found under the Welcome’s tab.

I tried a dozen times to hide the default Home page, but I couldn’t. I even viewed a WP tutorial video on how to get rid of the default home page by creating a “Welcome” static page…but that didn’t work! :-(

On the other hand, the tabs are formated perfectly within the eatrightnow blog.

Hopefully, after I’ve successfully transferred my old blog settings and entire format from my yahooeatright7group blog over to my new one, eatrightnow, my tabs and everything else should be okay.

    Thanks for your assistance.

    yahooeatright7group.com (Karen)

By the way, I emailed Tech Support THREE times about these issues, and no one has contacted me. Hopefully, I’ll will eventually get the assistance I need to solve these annoying issues.
