Two attempts to delete test blog failed. No email notice sent.

Two attempts to delete test blog created today failed.
“Please check your email for a link to confirm your action. Your site will not be deleted until this link is clicked.”
I haven’t received an email message from WordPress related to these deletion attempts.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please confirm your email address.
We have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.
account settings https://wordpress.com/settings/account/
personal settings http://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=grofiles-user-settingsBlog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.
Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.
If it is correct please check in your email client spam/ junk mail filter as well as your “social” tab in Gmail, if you use it. Then type the URL of the blog you want to delete here I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

The address is the same at each location in this case.
Apparently one email message from (email visible only to moderators and staff) was inadvertently marked spam recently and so now all messages from WordPress: new posts, forums subscriptions, blog comments, follower notices, deletion attempts, etc. are going to spam. I’m working on repairing the damage/restoring things to normal at this moment.

I see you were able to delete that test blog. It can be tricky when emails from WordPress.com start getting marked as spam, but I hope you’re able to get that sorted out with your email provider. If there’s anything more I can do to help, please let me know!

Thanks for your concern. It was fairly easy to restore the mail that was marked as spam. May have accidentally marked something as spam. Evidently a few weeks went by before I noticed it. Back in the saddle again.
