Two bills have come through for non active plugins

We have recently been billed for two plugins on a website that is no longer live. The two most recent renewals:
Product Bundles & Netwsuite integration for Woocommerce
Do not show as active and we didnt want to renew and had no idea they would as we could see them on our login.
Can you cancel these subscriptions and provide a full refund.
