I am showing two blogs….ow to merge the two so i only have one blog for my poetry. I have this one at marthagalan.wordpress.com and the one i wish to keep with all comments on my poetry is https://galanpoetrystories.wordpress.com…..please help me merge the two so i keep all of my poetry as is with the wonderful comments i’ve recieved in the second one. The log on seems to be the same for both. baffling! Please help!

Howdy!
You can merge blogs by creating an export file for one and then importing that file into the other. Then you can just keep posting on the now combined blog.
All your posts, pages, comments, categories, and tags will be exported.
WordPress has a guides here
To export: http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/
To import: http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/

i AM HAVING DIFFICULTIES ,MERGING THE TWO, AS THEY BOTH SEEM TO HAVE THE SAME LOG IN , YET BOTH HAVE DIFFERENT WEB ADDRESSES…..CAN SOMEONE COMBINE THESE INTO JUST ONE BLOG AND STILL ALLOW ME TO KEEP ALL CONTENT AND COMMENTS I RECEIVED? i DID EXPORT THE FILE, BUT I CAN’T FIND THE PLACE TO IMPORT TO MY BLOG AS THEY ARE BOTH THE SAME JPG IN…..I DON;T KNOW HOW THAT HAPPENED, LOL….AND SORRY FOR THE CAPS, NOT INTENTIONAL! THANKS!

That is correct, you will have one login for your WordPress account which enables you to switch to different website address on your account.By merging content you will make one site https://galanpoetrystories.wordpress.com hold all the merged content including posts, comments, etc.
The old site marthagalan.wordpress.com will still exist and will still have content on it until you decide to delete it.
To import the file go to https://galanpoetrystories.wordpress.com and import the file. You can import the file by going to Dashboard—>Tools—>Import. Then select “WordPress” as the file type to upload. Hit “Upload” and find your file. It will take a moment or two.
Try following the import instructions. I’ve also tagged this for a staff follow-up by tagging it with “modlook” on the side. Please be patient as staff works in the order of requests received.

Hi, if I understand properly you want to copy content from marthagalan.wordpress.com to galanpoetrystories.wordpress.com.
These are actually associated with two different accounts. Can you log in using your other account and confirm this is your intent?

Hi supernovia, i wish to copy content , all poems and comments from galanpoetrystories.wordpress.com to my other account under marthagalan.wordpress.com. I can log into marthagalan.wordprss.com but the other is under the same log in and can’t seem to pull up seperate admin page for it. I wish to merge all of my poetry and comments over to marthagalan.wordpress.com but i just can’t seem to do this myself.
