Two blogs for two languages, one messed up.

I have two blogs using the same theme and same css code, but lately the English version has become messed up for some reason. I removed some of the widget from the English one trying to fix it, but they SHOULD look exactly the same for the most part. The background on the english one isn’t right and there is no widget. It was perfectly fine before.. suddenly out of the blue it got all messed up, I tried putting it in to different themes and changing the CSS then back again but it is still all weird… at the very first time it went wacko it lost all its images.. any idea how to fix this? Its very important..
