Two blogs in one site

    Hi,
    I’m working on a site now, that needs to have a blog + many recipes which I want to show as a separate blog (with tags etc.).
    Is there a way to create a second blog on that same site, or do I have to create a new site and insert a link it?
    (BTW – if there are better ways to present a big variety of recipes, I’d be happy to hear about it :) )
