Two blogs, same theme, different function (Motif)!

  Hi there! I’ve got two blogs, both Motif. On one, the title and page scroll across the background, on the other the title and page are fixed on the background. Is this a setting somewhere? Is there a setting to get them to be the same? I’ve been looking, can’t find anything about it anywhere :)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Go to > Dashboard > Appearance > Background to locate the relevant settings.
