Two blogs under the same Parent site

  I am looking to add another page to my blog which I can treat as a place to post information in addition to my primary blog. In essence, I am wondering if it is possible to keep two blogs under the same parent site here on WordPress.com because creating a post with a bunch of jump-to links (dates) is time-consuming, aesthetically unpleasing and a grand hassle to update.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, you can have only one dynamic posting “page” per blog. Use categories to organize your blog into separate topics.
