two charges for 26.00 each

I have been charged 2 separate charges of 26.00 each. One on the 22nd of July and one of the 25th of July. As far as I can see when I sign into my account everything I have does not have a fee. Please note, I do not actually use wordpress at all so am unsure if there is some other account out there that I have and am just unaware of. Either way, I would like to cancel whatever I have and remove it from auto renewal since I don’t use it. How do I get in contact with someone from WordPress to cancel?

Do you have another username account?
Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. If you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.
Are you referring to a specific website? If so then what is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?

This is exactly the problem. The WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of any upgrades.
Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel or refund the purchase.

What if I have no idea of the other account? I have tried all emails I can think of and none worked. I tried the track that charge and it came up with nothing. Is there not a way that wordpress can tell me what user name/domain name they charged for?

Without more information, there is nothing I can look up, I’m afraid. If you knew the domain that was being renewed, I could use that to track down the information. But as it it, there isn’t much to go on.
