Two Column Widing for pilcrow

  Hello,

  I have read all of the posts about widing the entire area of the pilcrow theme and nothing is working. I would like to make sure that a lot less of my background is showing.

  .two-column #container {
  max-width:1000px;
  }

  is the most recent css code that I have tried, and nothing….

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
