Two columns in the same post
-
I would like to publish a poem in our blog, and this poem has one major column, and then a side-column with boxes containing text, a little bit like parallell footnotes.
I´ve got the text both as pdf and docx. Must admit that I´m not good at codes..
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you’re not good at codes, and you don’t have the budget to pay someone who IS, your only option is to convert it to a PNG and upload it as an image.

Thanks a lot. I tried to convert both the word-file and the pdf-file into .png, but there were no options for it, as far as I could see.

Maybe what I provide below will work for you or maybe not.
You can create 2 columns in posts and pages in any theme. See here https://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/06/10/formatting-text-pt-1/
But if you do want to create HTML tables instead then see http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2013/04/09/table-coding-for-wordpress-com-users/ -
off topic @forfatternesklimaaksjon, what a great site! I love your combo focus on literature and climate change. Even just skimming for the posts in English is rewarding.

thanks both timethief and ingridcc, both for links and likes. l don´t know where to insert those codes, especially since the extra column in this case looks like a textbox —
