TWO DASHBOARDS FOR A SAME BLOG CREATE CONFLICT WITH MY FOLLOWERS STATISTICS
-
Hello
I have sent you an email few day ago regarding an issue I have noticed.
I have started blogging on saraelman.wordpress.com until I moved my site to a new domain saraelman.com but I have noticed that when I was getting new followers, they were not appearing on my active dashboard but instead on my old one which I thought was not active anymore…
So I asked if you could move all the followers to my actual plateform.
And Eurello answered me today and moved all the followers to the wrong plateform…
I can´t understand how it is possible that the old one is still active after I moved the site to a Premium level. So my questions are :
1- Can you please move all my followers back to my actual dashboard ?2. Can you delete the old one that seems to be the probleme ?
Only one Dashboard shoulb be active.
What I can see is that this dashoboard : https://saraelman.wordpress.com
And there is this dashboard :
http://saraelman.com/ (THIS IS THE ONE I WANT TO KEEP ACTIVE )my blog : saraelman.com
Thanks you for your help !

Once you have gotten your followers migrated over to your new site, if you would like to delete your WordPress.com site, there are options and instructions for doing so here:
Please bear in mind that once deleted, that site’s WordPress.com URL will become permanently unavailable for future use. If you feel that you might need that URL again in the future, you might want to choose one of the other options listed on the the page linked above.
Please let me know if you have further questions or if anything is unclear.
