Two different accounts somehow

I think a while ago I created a generic account with wordpress. I recently bought a Bluehost account that set me up with wordpress. I am trying to build my site using the admin info given by Bluehost. THIS account has nothing on it and is not the one I am trying to use. When I signed back in to work on my site it brought me to this site which has nothing that I have been working on. I am so confused about these two seperate accounts. I want to us the houseoftherisingsins4 but I want it to be with Bluehost as the host. What do I do ? I am brand new to all of this and I think Im messing everything up.

I think what your looking to do is to map your domain that you purchased with Bluehost. Is that correct? If that is the case you will need either a premium or business plan
From there you ca follow these instructions to map the domain that was purchased from Bluehost.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/using-your-bluehost-domain-on-wordpress-com/If you wanted to do everything through Bluehost, then you are using a WordPress.org self hosted site. The WordPress account they set you up with was for wordpress.ORG
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are separate and have functionality differences as well as support documentation. You can read about it here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
