  is it possible to have two domains (websites) linked to the same account?

  Hi,

  Do you mean two separate websites? Different URLs and different content? Or do you mean two different URLs pointing to the same website and content?

  Yes. However, if you want to use a custom domain for both sites here at WordPress.com, you would need a paid upgrade on each site.
