Two domains were cancelled a month ago and still no refunds…

  Last month I cancelled two domains (povthemeparkvideos.com at $26 and themepar.com at $18) within 24 hours of purchasing. I still have not received a refund for either of them. Neither are listed under my domains or upgrades, so clearly they were cancelled but I did not receive the refunds. I’d like to resolve this quickly please. Thank you.

  Hi there,

  Sorry for the trouble! I just issued the refunds for those two domain names. It may take some time for those refunds to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipts now in your Billing History.

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that.
