Two Factor Authentication

Recently I had to change my number because I was being harassed by a family member and did not update my number for 2FA. Is there another way I can authenticate myself so I can access my settings to update the number?

If you have saved your Backup codes, you can click the I can’t access my phone link.
If you lose your device, accidentally remove the authenticator app, or are otherwise locked out of your account, the only way to get back in to your account is by using a backup code.
