Two factor authentication can't disable

    My two factor authentication can’t disable , my phone is change,and backup code is missing, my old computer is still login ,but account setting is lock by two factor authentication

    Hi there. Normally I’d advise you to try and regain access to your account via the Account Recovery Form, but as you still have access at this time I’m going to tag this thread for staff to follow up. Perhaps it’s possible for them to help you with this, but I don’t know as usually when people show up in the forum they’ve already been locked out of their accounts.

    Please subscribe to the thread and be patient while waiting for staff to respond. It might take a while for them to get to you, as it’s weekend, but please don’t post here again until they do, as posting again will move your thread to the back of the queue, meaning it will take longer for you to get help.

    If you prefer to try the account recovery option in the meantime, you can do that as well.

    If you aren’t able to access your two-step authentication settings to disable it there, you’ll need to use the account recovery form kokkieh mentioned. Our team can then help you privately with the steps to manage those settings on your account.
