Two factor authentication – old phone number

Hi, I had to use a different account to seek help for regaining access to my main account.

I used an old work phone number to set up two-factor authentication and no longer have access to the old phone number.

I already tried using the form on support with my activation URL, but it only automatically sent me a reset password link, which didn’t work as it still required the authentication code to login.

I also unfortunately do not have the 10 backup codes as I set up two-factor back in 2020, but have no idea where they would be by now.

I’ve sent emails to passwordhelp and help, with no response. Would anyone be able to let me know how to proceed please?

Unfortunately no one ever replied to me at any WordPress email or thread. I had to just pay to reactivate my old phone number for a month and get the code. Extremely disappointing but resolved anyway.
